License (EULA)

Last updated 2026-08-25

This is a plain-language summary of the licence that applies to your purchase. We’re completing a final legal review and may refine the wording.

NinjaQuanta products (“the Software”) are sold as source-available, not open source. When you purchase a product you receive a licence to use and modify it — you do not acquire ownership of the code or the copyright, which are retained by the author.

Grant of licence

You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install, use, and modify the Software’s source for your own trading.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise share the Software or any derivative of it — whether as-is, modified, or bundled — nor pass it off as your own product. The licence is for your own use only.

No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No warranty is made that the Software is error-free or that it will be profitable. The Software is provided for educational and informational purposes; it is not investment advice, and you use it entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it, and the author is not liable for any trading losses or for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Trading risk

Futures trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. See the Risk Disclosure.

Governing law

Governing law and venue are as stated in the Terms of Service.
