Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to sell and support software: your email and order details when you buy, your license/activation data so your product works, and privacy-respecting, cookieless site analytics. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Purchases: processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; we receive your email, order details, and license key data. Payment card details go to the payment provider, never to us.
• License activation: license keys and, where a product requires it, a machine identifier used solely to activate and validate your license.
• Launch notifications: if you join the notify list, your email is stored with our email provider (Buttondown) and used only for NinjaQuanta product announcements. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Support: emails you send to support@ninjaquanta.com.
• Analytics: aggregate, cookieless page analytics (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no cookie banner needed because there is nothing to consent to).

What we don’t do

No sale of personal data. No third-party advertising. No tracking cookies.

Data retention and your rights

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@ninjaquanta.com; we honor applicable data-protection rights (including those under the GDPR where they apply).

Processors

We share data only with the service providers required to operate: our payment provider (merchant of record), our email/notification provider, and our hosting provider.
