Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of software products and this website provided by Hicham Benkaihoul, operating as NinjaQuanta (“NinjaQuanta,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using a NinjaQuanta product you agree to these Terms.

What our products are — and are not

NinjaQuanta products are source-available NinjaTrader® 8 strategies and indicators that you install, control, and run yourself on your own machine and account. They are not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice; not a managed, hosted, or signal service; and not a guarantee of any trading outcome. Nothing runs or trades unless you install and enable it. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for compliance with the rules of your broker, data providers, and any trading program you participate in.

License

Subject to payment, we grant you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, use, and modify the purchased product’s source for your own trading. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the product or any derivative of it, or pass it off as your own. The full licence terms are in the License (EULA).

Purchases and delivery

Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. After payment, the product — its editable source, a one-click NinjaScript import, and (for strategies) the backtest export it is built from — is delivered electronically by email and download. There are no product keys, no machine locking, and no DRM.

Updates and support

Each product page states, in plain words, what the purchase includes. Because the product is delivered as source that you keep, it keeps working regardless of any update period — there is no remote kill-switch or activation that could disable it.

Refunds

Our refund policy is stated on the Refund Policy page and at the point of purchase.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hicham Benkaihoul, operating as NinjaQuanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from or related to the software or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
