How fast do you respond?
NinjaQuanta is run by one developer — the same person who writes the code answers your email. Typical response time is within one business day, honestly stated rather than corporately promised.
Is there a free trial?
Every product offers (or will offer at launch) a free SIM-only trial with no credit card required, so you can evaluate it in the NinjaTrader® 8 simulator before spending anything.
What is the refund policy?
14 days, money back, no hoops — email support within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the purchase price. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
Do NinjaQuanta tools trade for me?
No. NinjaQuanta does not sell bots, signals, copiers, or auto-trading systems, and makes no claims about trading outcomes.
Where do I report a bug?
Email support@ninjaquanta.com with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Bug reports affecting order handling or displayed state are treated as the highest priority.
