The policy, in plain English

If a NinjaQuanta product doesn’t install, compile, or run as described, email support@ninjaquanta.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it — or, if we genuinely can’t, refund the purchase price. Because the product is source-available (you download and keep the editable code), refunds cover real defects, not a change of mind.

Judge it before you buy

Every strategy page shows the full backtest it is built from — the equity curve, drawdown, the complete NinjaTrader® 8 summary, and a validation dossier you can scrutinize — so you can weigh the evidence before spending anything. Ask us anything first; we’d rather you buy once you’re sure.

The honest details

• Refunds return the product’s purchase price via the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
• The product is source-available: you download and keep the code, so a refund cannot reclaim it. Refunds are made in good faith for genuine problems.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles, or a refund requested after the source has been copied or put to use).
